I think it is on-topic because the sidebar says puzzle games are fine, I do not know a dedicated community for puzzle games, and because the game has the Adventure tag on Steam, but I can see how "puzzle platformer" might be pushing it a bit. Figured I'd give it a shot, and if I'm wrong the worst that can happen is a mod has to remove my post or maybe people downvote.
