Just a heads up, if you're looking to have children in Ohio. If you and your spouse work at the same place, your company can give you a shared FMLA pool, rather than two separate pools. Not sure if this is a common rule, across the country. And obviously your company can give you more as they see fit.

The company my wife and I work lets us take 2 weeks off with no approval needed, which is what I'll do, and I'm giving my wife the 12 weeks of FMLA. I only have 2 weeks vacation time, so if I took any more, I'd start eating my cash.

I let my Sam's club membership expire and signed up for Costco instead.

You see, my 4 year old refuses to potty train and mommy refuses to let me force the issue. Sam's club sells size 7 diapers in their house brand. Costco does not. We've got about a dozen diapers left.

What's everyone doing for father's day tomorrow? Usually I have big plans (museums, boats, etc) but this year for whatever reason I haven't been able to settle on anything. Any good suggestions in the Western Chicago suburbs? Kids are 4 and 2 and I want to involve them somehow. Thanks!
