I'm not clear how the government thinks asking the automotive industry is going to help. Wouldn't they be trying to get aa much export business as they could anyway?

I'm not sure what the export taxes on automotive or other regulations exist, but limiting them is about the only thing I can think politicians could actually do to help.

The South Lhonak lake in the Himalayan state of Sikkim breached on the night of October 3, resulting in a glacial lake outburst flood (GLOF) that ravaged four districts.
