ADHD memes

Just not sure where to rant but an adhd moment at work today in a team meeting. (software) I suggested something. Senior guy suggested I was wrong, and gave an improvement he said he would talk to me abt later. I said thanks. Sent him a quick email asking him to use it as a convo starter so we could document this change. Told him in the meeting to reply to the email later at his convenience. He refused. in open. in front of rest of team. And crankily saying “I’ll just tell you in my cube later.” I had to push, hard , and feel like a stupid idiot. Till I finally told him the email is to help me document this change not you. Because of my adhd. He says he doesn’t like designing things via email. No I feel all frazzled. Anxious. Yadda yadda. and just want to crawl back to bed.
