and its encouraged other blue states do thier own prop 50 too if the gop decides to "fully gerrymander" thier states.

the gop has been doing that anyway. both parties have, but gop has been much more brazen and extreme with it. so if all states do the max the red states should get much more diminishing returns while blue states gain more seats for Dems.

Other blue states need to do their part, but doing “their own prop 50” probably won’t be a thing.

Every state handles their constitution, legislation and redistricting differently. Politicians in Texas can just redraw districts if they want. In CA, the citizens control the keys to voting districts.

Also, if other states did want to vote on something, they would need to scramble for an expensive special election now. They just missed the annual window to vote.
