25% on steel and aluminum,

Mostly due to local and municipal governments, like here in Virginia.

Otherwise, it's coming about a snail's pace and IN SPITE of the federal government, not really because of it.

China doesn't sell that much to the US in terms of chips as far as I know. I guess there's stuff like ESP32 chips or something?
