I'm TERRIBLE at talking about my feelings, I tend to bottle things up or I don't even know how to express what I feel or how to even begin a conversation about anything like that. In fact I really don't express myself emotionally at all. My anxiety just gets so bad, like I'm so terrified that if I try to initiate a hard conversation the other person will either blow up or ghost me and I really don't know how to get past that fear and end up chickening out and nothing is resolved. The more I care about the situation the worse the fear is

This inability has left me with a lot of anger and self hatred, and feelings of inadequacy

I want to learn to do this for the sake of my friendships, relationships, and mental well being, any advice is welcome.
