I don't necessarily hate this ad, but I am somewhat perplexed as to why the YouTube algorithm decided I am in the market for industrial food processing equipment.

Food steralisation by pressure is pretty cool. What they're working with in there would be significantly higher than at the bottom of the Mariana trench.

Hmm, I wonder if you could make a unit that any of us could actually buy.
