Everyone should have total rights to all their biometrics. Its ridiculous to have it otherwise. Even parody and satire should not be an exact thing it should be similar like someone dressing up like them.
Litigious parents, take note: courts typically recognize that children are derivative works. Their appearances tend to fall under fair use, please don't waste our time and yours trying to sue them for infringement.
