Help? Apple TV device white light keeps blinking - Inputs switching on a loop - (alien.top)

Hey everyone! Does anyone know what causes the apple tv device white light to continue blinking while the input keeps switching and to "no signal"? I've unplugged all cables in tv and apple tv device. Switched around HDMI cables. Reset video settings to all original settings. I even tried a factory reset on the device itself and what you see in the video is what happened during the factory reset. Device is only a year old, barely been touched and never gave me an issue until now.

Well that message on screen is from your tv, not the AppleTV. Your tv isn’t getting a stable hdmi signal, or it’s not able to maintain a stable signal. Have you connected the AppleTV to a different hdmi port on the tv?
