Place the pictures in question in your hidden folder
Use this on your phone for photos. It encrypts them, hides them behind a 'audio management panel', or 'calculator', or other fake app which you long press on the title or some such, enter a pin, and it lets you into the photos, videos, apps and things you want hidden.
I would imagine they’re using an iPhone though… you posted a Google play link. Wrong OS
What about not having that picture in the first place?
What about contributing something useful to a conversation or not contributing at all?

In the settings you can turn off photos . The app would be there but It won’t show anything
