Att has deal for iPhone SE 2022 currently. Is it worth upgrading from an iPhone 2020 to 2022 or should I go bigger to the 14?

with the 14 u are too close to the 15

iPhone 13 or go iPhone 15

Personally, the SE is a really bad phone for the price. It’s very outdated and terrible battery. Go for the 14 or 13. However, i would wait for the iPhone 16 and get the 15.
