That's on them. They'd no different than them being to depressed to get up and take their medicine.
If exercise is the best treatment for depression, and someone refuses to exercise.... well, enjoy depression I guess.

Yes. The people in the highest echelons of our society get more time off. Not sure if you're aware of this or not, but they also get paid a lot more
Their employer is the government.... our tax dollars and voting record is why this happened.
