I find their chat support were utter clueless - Which can be helpful, as you can sort of get them to do things they shouldn't. Very frustrating experience but you get there with perseverance haha

The guideline is 80% but if you just open a chat support and ask them to set it up, there's a 50/50 chance they will. If not, just repeat.

I change every year or two years. Always sell on my old phones, but the X I kept.

Keep all my work stuff set up on it with a 2nd Apple ID, playa around with the Betas every now and then. Just such a nice phone.
