I end up with issues with it because I do a lot of graphic design which means I have a lot of fonts. So, it ends up rebuilding its subtitle font cache for little reason every time I start it. Can at least disable that though.

This is an industry wide thing for the web. There’s a pivot to attempting to do AEO, or “answer engine optimization,” on top of the traditional search engine optimization. But, as it’s so new and hard to gauge the results of we may all just be bullshitting ourselves.

Gets us on the other end too as we do newsletters and other web work for small orgs, so our poor little web servers basically get DDOS’d by the scanners when we send out a newsletter with a bunch of backlinks.

Your email service’s scanner might, because some of them go through every link and check what’s on the page.
