Hey there, nothing at all about doing extract brewing. I still do it after 15 years of brewing. It's especially great for a quicker brew day with less cleaning.
Adding specialty malts and steaping them in a grain bag can allow you to modify recipes opening up another world of brews.
Next brew is my summer beer, then start on a cherry stout. To hopefully be ready by late September or early October.
Also if you're interested in all grain, brew in a bag is an easy and cheaper way to get into all grain. I've done it on the stove top for years.

Yes they should be mandated. Id be fine for the antivaxer to die off. But, it's the children not the vaccined parents who suffer from the diseases.
