that is factually wrong. Just because you have fan doesnt make a chip better. I will argue other way instead. Fans bring in more dust and dirt inside the chasis of the laptop and is another potential point of failure. But either way this is not how chips work. You need fans if you are running high cpu based workloads like rendering, editing work etc otherwise the pro chip will go to waste.

15" air is way better portability wise. Try holding and carrying both 14" MBP and 15" air in your hands in Apple store and you will see.
correct. Some people just assume pro means everything is magically better. I guess marketing works well here .....
M2 pro 14" doesnt have extra battery life. Web browsing life is way better on the 15" macbook air for example. (3 hours more)
They will probably upsell. Cheaper air no oled panels. Buy more expensive air pro with oled pro panel at $1499.
Ipads will always be useless. Esp the pricier pro ones. Better to get cheaper macbooks like m1 air.
I hope they do something for PWM with oled screens. Right now the m2 air screens are flicker free and can be used multiple hours with no eye strain. My oled iphone 14 pro causes more eye strain in an hour in comparison.
Which other media complained about ram in m1 and m2 in last 2 years?
Yeah but this is why they are shipping with 8gb ram. They are smart. They will push everyone to upgrade in a few years when their 8gb ram m1 and m2 starts to become slower with AI features in macos.
Watch this. People who think 8gb ram macs will last long are dreaming in the coming age of AI integration.
agreed. This is what people dont get it. They just look at specs and say both are same weight but 15" Air will feel substantially lighter than 14" MBP.
This is because all of the weight of the 14" MBP is at the top sector near the display hinge due to fans and other components. The weight is not evenly spreaded out unlike the 15" or 13" air. People just dont get this stuff without carrying and holding them side by side.
