Like others, I'm doubtful he will produce anything with that little, I hope I'm wrong.
Maybe if he was forking existing open source projects and polishing them it's possible, but it's supposed to be closed source.

I can't see anything about the licence being open source. He makes you jump through hoops to get the files so I can't tell for certain.

The one android phone with it currently (CAT S75) does let you use it for anything, but it requires an additional subscription.
Can't say I'm surprised in the slightest.
I think openwrt can do that. You would just put one of the radios (2.4 or 5ghz) into WAN, and the other into LAN.
Obviously that limits you to 2.4ghz speeds, if you want faster two routers back to back could maybe work.
