I had a kombucha for a while, but I never really got the timing right and it was always quite sour. The bug seemed to work easier, but it is pretty similar to deal with.

Got my hands on my forst smoker and did some smoked mackarel as a first project. Turned out great and I am open for suggestions on what to smoke next as a beginner! :)

After a year without my ginbug, I started a new one to get back into brewing sodas over the summer. It's alive and almost ready to be user for sodas :)
