I am not an expert in photography, but raw images are exactly what the camera sees, jpg images are compressed images with adjustments to make what is shown more “pretty.” If you are not a photographer or if you don't like editing all your images, use jpg

Screen time doesn't make sense. I have used my phone for 1h total, and it says 3h. in c/apple@hardware.watch

I haven't had any problems with the cable that comes in the box, my car has USB-A and I use a cheap adapter that I had without any problems.
