Another thing, can iPhones be connected to a wifi and be used as a hotspot for other devices at the same time? Androids can do it

Been using my old iPhone SE a lot more recently. I really am loving the small size and ease of use with my portable headphone amp. in c/apple@hardware.watch

What is the best way to transfer photos, videoss, notes, messages, contacts etc. from Android to iPhone? I tried it before to a friend 3-4yrs ago but it messed up the timestamps so she ended up starting all over. I'm planning to switch soon but I want to keep everything. Is it possible?
