Quite possibly the best video possible on this crazy thing. Henry's content is always worth watching, and as I keep mentioning, simply amazing if you have an ultrawide monitor.

I come back to a few vids every now and then to crack a smile. Here are some of my favorites:

On a track, ~~on road~~on a closed course in Mexico... what RWD-only cars are the least prone to oversteer?

In VAG DSGs, the "DSG fart" is a well-known occurrence caused by the ignition cut on upshift for torque reduction sending unburnt fuel into the exhaust (note: launch control slips the clutch a little, so it doesn't have a "fart" noise) - but how does the PDK reduce torque without this noise of the fuel hitting the exhaust? Does it always slip the clutch on upshift?

"JETTA & JETTA GLI

The entry models to the VW lineup were refreshed for 2025, adding revised styling, interior refinements, and new technology. Trims for model year 2026 include S, Sport, SE, SEL, GLI Autobahn. Rear-seat pretensioners become standard equipment and SE models benefit from a standard sunroof. SEL and GLI Autobahn models add a premium VW audio system with eight speakers and the latter adds push buttons on the steering wheel."

I'm guessing that this is the same wheel as the current GTI, nice to get rid the touch buttons on the wheel, the sliders on the dash don't bother me as much. Oh and there's a new "premium VW audio system" to replace the Beats audio that got ditched halfway through the '25 model year.

Seeing the new Buicks, I really like their styling.

They’re trying to fight that old man reputation I get it, but I feel like that is really not deserved anymore and it’s a relic from the last 20 to 30 years previous.

Has anyone considered one or bought one?

Porsche, BMW, Corvette, etc. have these driving experiences usually 2-3 days that go over driving fundamentals. They’re quite expensive (like $4k) but, I’m wondering if it’s worth it?

Worth it meaning will it make me a better driver? Is it driving knowledge I can carry with me for a very long time? Im aware 2-3 days isn’t much time. So I guess the expectation would I’d learn how to control a car safely near the limit so that spirited driving on a backroad would be much easier.

Thoughts? Anyone ever sign up for one of these?

Curious; for those who've done mods to their current car or modded their past cars;

which mods did truly transform your car? can be in a positive or negative way For me;

Positive mod: A transmission mount insert in the B9 Audi platform has zero downsides but made the shifting and downshifts especially so much smoother. For me it transformed the car for such a small sum.

Negative mod: On an old Alfa I changed the engine mounts to polyurethane believing it to be an upgrade over stock. Rattled my fillings loose and made the car unbearable. When I changed it back to OEM a year later it was like owning a different car again
