The Netherlands is contributing €500 million to a support package for Ukraine, including American air defense systems, ammunition, and other military equipment. This amount is in addition to the €3.5 billion previously pledged to Ukraine .

With this contribution, the Netherlands is the first country to purchase a support package for the so-called Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL), a list on which Ukraine indicates which air defense, ammunition, and other items it most urgently needs.
