In 1979, the American space station Skylab fell to Western Australia and broke into thousands of debris. Fined for a $400 littering ticket, NASA never bothered to pay them.
Don’t expect much is what I’m saying.
I will also take this opportunity to remind you that the US is the only country who couldn’t get their space station to stay in space. The ISS core module is fundamentally Soviet/Russian, which was supposed to be the Mir 2 until the USSR collapsed.
