Hi! Hm I'm not sure what you mean by "thirst content". You mean NSFW?
Now, in my experience, the buckets of content in those platforms (Pinterest now being a slop haven) is hard to find in other places. I still left them, joined Mastodon (Xitter alternative), and use Startpage's image search instead of Pinterest.
An alternative to IG could be Pixelfed, though I haven't tried it.
