The proposal would save face for Putin. He would be able to boast to the Russian people that he got the US out of Europe.

NATO would be replaced by a European alliance. With Ukraine in the alliance, it would be formidable force. Trump is already talking about leaving NATO. He also seems friendly towards Putin. The UK and France have nuclear weapons. The US won't have troops or equipment stationed in Europe, but it can join the fight with Europe if Russian invades.

In other words, Europe should surrender to the aggressor, despite the fact that he's trapped in what's (for him) at best a stalemate.

Europe and the US already capitulated to the Anschluss of Crimea. How much peace did that buy us?

Europe is not surrendering. In my proposal, Russia would be required to withdraw from all land it seized after the 2022 invasion.

There is zero chance russia withdraws. The lines will end where one military begins.

In my proposal, the UK and France will send troops into Ukraine if Putin rejects the proposal.

First of all, the UK and France are both weak, and about to be toppled by putin (and now america,) backed fascists.

Shit is not looking good.

But they would be too much of cunts to do that anyway. This isn't 1780, the euro powers are weak and corrupted.

The British and French air forces might be able to gain air superiority. British and French troops would boost Ukrainian morale possibly increasing enlistment. The UK and France are no weaker than Russia which is having a difficult time defeating Ukraine.

They have weaker leadership. Absolutely, Europe would wipe the floor with russia in a conventional war, they won't though.

Well, under Putin's strong leadership Russia is having a difficult time defeating Ukraine.
