Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) are AI-powered cameras that capture and analyze images of all passing vehicles, storing details like your car’s location, date, and time. They also capture your car’s make, model, color, and identifying features such as dents, roof racks, and bumper stickers, often turning these into searchable data points. These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles—regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. While these systems can be useful for tracking stolen cars or wanted individuals, they are mostly used to track the movements of innocent people.

He should also receive comprehensive training in due diligence and in how to properly use a powerful tool like Flock for effective crime-solving," said Chrisanna Elser, who was falsely accused in the case

She must have quite the confidence in the police to not be entirely anti-Flock after it was used to accuse her of a crime she didn't commit.

Cop didn't need to say anything except "here is your summons have a nice day".

Like what the fuck is their problem, anything else he said was completely unnecessary and not his job and a waste of taxpayer money. Of course the fact that what he did talk about was completely incorrect and theeatening to an innocent person is a whole other problem on top of that. But the training these cops get is absolute dogshit.
