Looks safe enough to just get cuts on the skin. Would take more of your delicate handling and care murder the phone.

As long you don’t go near water it won’t really hurt anything. But I’d either get it replaced or at the very least put a case over it to avoid getting glass in your hands and minimize dust getting inside the phone. Or do what I and lots of my friends did back the old days and put clear tape over it.

its only safe to put a phone case but if you dont use a phone case on that cracked iphone there is a chance you might get a paper cut with it even though its not paper.
