Since my previous post was unnecessarily locked (https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/56502176), I am making a new one.

I know about the "Trial" and "Buy" buttons. That's not the issue I'm referring to. What's I'm referring to is when I try to install the update, I am forcibly redirected to the Adobe website and asked to sign up for a trial. I already tried patching Creative Cloud Desktop, and although it stops the redirect from happening, the download fails.

When I tried to install the latest updates today, Creative Cloud Desktop forced me to sign up for a trial. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, is there a known workaround?

thanks for the reply. i have run WinTrust on it, updated the host file, blocked it in the firewall. is there any way to make sure i got all domains that it could possibly be communicating with? Is there something obvious that im missing?

See image. I usually click search, if it doesnt find the install location, i select path, then search, then patch. then remove AGS. then when rebooting illustrator, nothing changes.

As I open my apps from the .exe, they show the splash screen that shows them initializing (as the text is changing showing different steps). After that, they close the splash screen and open the big, main, window. But not only is that window blank, it then closes itself half a second after that. The menu bar is showing, but the content is either gray or white.

That issue happens on both Photoshop (latest version supported by genp v3.6.9, Photoshop Beta, and Lightroom Classic (not the CC unsupported version). That issue does not happen with both Illustrator, and Illustrator Beta, who behave normally.

I have tried resetting preferences, running them on the discreet and dedicated GPU (as I use a laptop with both a 3050ti (4gb VRAM dedicated) and Intel Integrated Graphics (8gb VRAM shared)).

I got it working after a full clean install (using steps of the wiki) and downgrading to the 2023 version, but I'd really like to get it working on the latest version.

Both programs had their DLLs unpacked, and were patched according to the guide. What can I try to troubleshoot?

Recently I uninstalled Acrobat and re-installed it as I was facing thumbnail display issues in it. I installed Acrobat Pro by downloading the installer from Adobe's website. Then I patched it with Genp 3.6.9.

Ever since after that, I started getting "unlicensed app" warning in After Effects. I know that these are two separate software but somehow I feel something got messed when I installed Acrobat Pro. I patched it again with Genp but it didn't find any files to patch. I patched Creative Cloud as well. My hosts files are updated via Adobe Is Dumb servers (updated via hostsman freeware) and I also tried updating them with Genp, after receiving the warning. But the issue still remained.

My After Effects 25.5 instalation (or rather update) was done via creative cloud. As far as I can recall, I installed last 4-5 versions via creative cloud and patched it via official Genp.

Today I installed monkrus version of AE 25.5 on my existing instalation but I am getting the same issue.

Can anyone help in this please?

Meanwhile, my Acrobat Pro is running all well.

Has anybody else been getting the this "app is disabled" popup while using a using a vpn? it started happening to me all of a sudden, so far im only seeing this issue with PS. When i pause my vpn for 5min. before opening the app it works just fine. Can anybody let me know how i can get PS to work without turning off my vpn?

Is there anyway to fix this error or standalone file to place in the directory?

I need some help on downloading the latest version because when I click the link it says "This site can’t provide a secure connection" & "gen . paramore . su sent an invalid response.". I've tried opening this link on Firefox, Microsoft edge and Opera GX. Nothing but the same response. Is this maybe caused by my Anti Virus Software? I haven't downloaded a new version since the Discord went away.

I tried to patch Premier Pro but with no success, I'm only posting a post here because the confirmation email link from Stoat (previously Revolt) doesn't work -> Error 404). And I therefore cannot follow the steps there per previous post on the topic.

Here are the steps I did

• updated CC to latest version
• Turned off Windows 11 Defender
• downloaded GenP 3.6.9 (Binary), opened as Admin
• Patched CC
• Opened CC, downloaded Premier
• Closed CC File > Quit CC
• Opened GenP 3.6.9 as Admin, Searched > Patched > Unpacked > Searched, Patch (Logs bellow as Logs 1)
• Opened Premier Pro from the windows search bar, and the TOS message still pops up (weirdly it's poping in French, but my system is US English (tho I can read French)
• Realized "Always Search for ACC" was left checked
• Searched and Patched again -> Logs 2
• Agree to Condition message still pops up

WinTrust

• Clicked Toggle WinTrust > Untrust -> Nothing happened
• Toggle Reg Key > Nothing happened
• Agree to Condition message still pops up

Posting now after having restarted the PC. I will move on to the Hostfiles firewall tmr, as I'm out of time tonight. If you see any mistakes please let me know, I appreciate your help and patience !

I just updated Photoshop (v26.11), Dreamweaver (v21.6), Media Encoder (v25.5), and Premier Pro (v25.5). Now, when I open either Photoshop or Dreamweaver, the application opens, then immediately closes. Hosts file is up to date, and blocking Internet access (in, out, or both) has no effect. I'd appreciate any help in resolving this.

I also observed that Media Encoder and Premier Pro both threw the "Unlicensed Application" complaint after updating, but blocking Internet outbound solved that issue.

I have been using GenP along with a daily automated update of the hosts file to patch Adobe Acrobat. However, after a few days, I noticed that opening a PDF would immediately cause the program to crash.

Hi! When we activate Adobe Acrobat via GENP, and after about 15 or 30 days, Acrobat asks for a new license, how do we reset the trial?

I'm well aware that in GenP wiki, devs made it clear that some AI features might run into some problems, I imagine that beta tools might go even more broken... But can't help but wonder if it's happening only with me. After all, After Effects has a similar rotoscope feature and it works just fine without any AI assistance. Anyone tested the Object Mask tool in beta with success?

I am trying to set up WinTrust for monkrus to block Non-AGS popups. The GenP guide directs me to the monkrus guide, but the website is down, and I can't find the guide on his mirror site. I have tried following the GenP WinTrust guide but I can't figure out where to find "Crack+ folder found in the root of the disk image." Does anyone know where to find monkrus guide while the site is down, or can explain what the Crack+ folder is? Thanks in advance (I have search barred GenP guides, lemmy, and Agent Ransacked my computer for this folder to no avail, any help welcome) (Please don't say "it's in the root of the disk image" without explaining where that is also) (Thanks again)

The Binary download has nothing in it. The Source for 3.6.9 does not have an exe I can run. Ive read through the Wiki on the GenP distribution formats but i still dont know how to proceed and I am now stuck.

Hey y'all, I'm new to trying to patch products with GenP. I went through the guide, and after a few days of using Premiere Pro with no issues, I got a notice that my software would be disabled in 2 days due to being not genuine. I tried scrubbing all adobe software off of my pc in the fashion that it says, but every time I try to reinstall CC and do the whole deal over again, I get the same notice.

Any help or advice I can use to get through that issue?

I need some help. I can't figure out the problem. I had this pop-up. Tried repatching, and updating the host file. Didn't work.

So I did a complet clean, reinstalled it, and manually updated the host file with the latest lines. But I still get the same pop-up.

Can you tell what I'm doing wrong please?

I have installed m0nkrus release and updated it, then used the latest (3.6.9) genp to crack it. But I cannot save to pdf/a format. it keeps saying it is downloading missing components and ends with a illegal version message. What am I missing?

I feel like I have tried everything at this point. I keep getting error 303 when attempting to install any CC app after patching it with the latest version of GenP. I'm running everything as administrator, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled CC multiple times, but it isn't doing anything. Please help

I've got the monkrus Substance 3D painter and stumbled across this huge 14,000 libary of textures. Unfortunately monkrus doesnt have it as it says "this content requires a subscription". Does GenP give access to all these materials?

I've also read this line in the wiki:

"GenP includes all standard content packs and tools by default via Adobe's installer." So I assume it does? I'm just wanting a definite confirmation please
