When i pause my vpn for 5min. before opening the app it works just fine. Can anybody let me know how i can get PS to work without turning off my vpn?

You’re seeing the non-AGS-related popup while using a VPN, because your VPN is bypassing your local network rules, such as your hosts file or firewall configurations.

These rules are what prevent Adobe apps from connecting to certain online services.

When your VPN redirects traffic through its own DNS or servers, it ignores those local blocks, allowing Adobe to verify licenses and trigger the popup.

To fix this, you’ll need to adjust your VPN setup rather than disable it entirely. You can try split tunneling, custom DNS, or app exclusions.

VPNs and Proxies can interfere with how Adobe software communicates locally. Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN or Proxy setups are entirely your own responsibility, support is not provided for issues caused by these tools.
