I understand you're starting your press release tour for the expansion and getting players excited, but posting "elite spec bingo" on your twitter/bluesky for players to engage with and then promptly not rewarding them for engaging with your marketing material feels.... poorly thought out

like don't get me wrong I'm very excited for the new expansion, it looks gorgeous and I'm far more engaged by new especs than new weapons (personally) but I was excited to get teasers for those especs today, and we're not getting anything til next week, not even names? It just feels short-sighted.

Sorry, continue being excited, the expac looks sick and I don't want to be a killjoy, I'm just kind of baffled

[N.B.] if I'm wrong and anet posts literally any information about especs today i will delete this post and permanently have egg on my face. I'm just kind of surprised and a little frustrated

Original Title: Hope people are happy with the new E-Specs when they're shown later today, just want to remind everyone, even if disappointed by your main's spec, we are still getting new specs regardless which is huge!

And remember, GW2 is very alt friendly and progression based. You can play a profession for one spec alone.

Either way it's huge, more content, more builds, more diversity within the meta and of course a great time to explore new classes you otherwise thought you'd never like. Looking like it's shaping up to be a very cool expansion!
