I know factions had it's fair share of problems in GW1. But nothing in GW2 will come close to the feeling of sitting around in one of the hubs in Cantha. The gothic Kurziks, the tropical Luxons, tranquil Shang Jea, and the slums and royalty of Kaineng.

So, last night I had an epic adventure. First just a quick intro. I played a sylvari ranger for around 6 months back in 2017 and stopped playing right before PoF was released. I wanted to keep going but HoT was too hard and I never really learned how to play well and needed to get back to real life. I started playing again back in May and after some research decided on playing a human revenant this time around which I’m having a great time with.

I’ve decided to just take it slow and focus on map completion and learning how to play the core rev, doing events and metas as they might come to me. I’m currently on my last map, Fields of Ruin, and since I had some extra time to play last night, I thought I’d try to complete an event chain, though I didn’t really know that’s what I was doing at first. Long story short, I completed the Ogre Wars meta chain and completely took Foulbear Kraal all by myself. Just my exotic gear power build with two swords and hammer. It was EPIC! No deaths, lots of dodging, running away and kiting all while on a timer. And I did it! I know this is small potatoes for most of you, but for me so far, this has been my greatest time in GW2. I know more will come and it’s hard to contain my excitement sometimes.

Thanks for reading my gush report, I know a lot of people do the same thing on here, but this game really deserves it. Wish I hadn’t stopped playing back then, but at least I made it back. Take it easy out there and have fun! ;D

The second they lose the first fight they afk and flame with little to no punishment. It absolutely ruins PvP.

Do the reports even do anything?!

Completely puts me and I’m sure many others off PvP all together, so the game mode they’re so precious about and think they’re gods at (in gold!!!) just keeps on dying.

Not sure if this is a regular problem or anything as I'm pretty new but using the wiki several of the pages are linking to a page that is "https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/THE//_BIG//_TRASH" which is just a page with "THE BIG TRASH" in huge letters. Anyone else had this issue? TIA

Hello everyone, my question is as the title says. what's your reason to create alts?

Me personally is mostly because I enjoy leveling in MMO's and sometimes I just want to create a new character for no other reason than "I think this looks cool" or sometimes to try out new builds. I know it's super easy to switch builds and respec but I prefer doing a new character.

What about you guys? is it for farming efficiency? making gold? or just because?
