I'm asking everyone almost anything

Only open-ended questions? Only questions from mildly embarrassing ignorance?

What if instead I ask everyone anything here? I have no idea what I'm doing, do you? How are ya? Confused? I might be too.

You should ask these communities stuff.

It's true! Although we may let this account fade with the end of this place (or not, we'll see!), as long as anyone is asking anything in good faith anywhere, we remain with you.

Forgive our more foolish, earnest questions, and please appreciate those more creative ones, but more importantly, please keep questioning everything, from what's seemingly simple to what's "commonly understood or accepted" to more complex.

Nothing remains settled among inquisitive minds.

Hey you, yes you can! Here! Unless you don't want to? What if you're told not to?

Cross-posting has struck me as a little strange and I think maybe this is a part of it.

Doesn't it benefit larger communities more than smaller ones by keeping the activity in a larger one, since they can comment there rather than go to the smaller community? 🤔

And what do you think helped keep the group work from falling into the stereotypical exercise in frustration?

Personally I find myself checking out fiction media from all over time.

Original Title:
Supposing no technical hurdles to experiencing a piece of fiction media, does when it came out influence whether you check it out?

Original was convoluted as I wanted to try to bypass convos about the technical accessibility of the media (i.e. wouldn't if I had to get a VCR or cassette player to watch/listen to/etc.).

This community may have been a fun mistake in hindsight, unless...?

I'll read long posts in either format, but the fragmented format of chained microblog posts, or threads, is mildly distracting at times.

Everyone's opinionated about tech and politics around here, but not entertainment or other subjects as much? What's that about?
