Edit: Not sure why imgur marked the album as NSFW, but there's nothing NSFW in it other than the name of one of the mods including the word "bitch"

How is it even possible to mod even a handful of subs well? And how does anyone have that kind of time? Are they paid?

They’re there for the power, not the responsibility. And yes, they’re paid by Reddit to do Reddit’s bidding.
