I got a new Weber 26" mastertouch to replace my busted 18" kettle; paired with a Vortex coal-thing and an al pastor spit I rocked chicken gyros tonight.

Fascinating. So you do a tomatoe versus Pineapple? Maybe both is the answer. Final shots look like something i'd line up to eat in some tacos!!!
This was gyros, so completely different recipe; I would do a pineapple for al pastor though
