As a fan of DanDaDan, the strobing light effects makes this series hard to recommend to my friends as I'm worried it'd trigger seizures

Aren't seizure risks accounted for during production? In some anime, certain scenes are deliberately dimmed to reduce the likelihood of triggering seizures. I believe these dimming effects are sometimes removed or lessened in Blu-ray releases.
