Today I am having a kind of strange issue with the instance, no matter where I browse it from: Nothing beyond the first page of content will load?
In Jerboa this manifests as getting an error in a button when scrolling down about 12 or 13 posts, where the button says "failed to load posts, retry?" And on the actual web interface, hitting the next button loads the container of the site (background, banner, all the links at the top for changing what you're seeing, etc) but the actual posts (thumbnails, titles, relevant info about the post, etc) just sits "loading" forever (I see white boxes with a gray gradient throbbing like it's loading).
It's weird because I can get new content to appear on the first page but beyond that it stops working. I don't know what this could even mean, since the site itself seems to work, it's just not grabbing anything after X number of posts, whether it's federated from another instance or homegrown here on Pawb.
Investigating -- I'm not able to find anything obvious in our logs, and it doesn't look like requests from Jerboa are getting rejected per se. When it occurs again, could you try to access the same content via a browser and see if a message comes up from Cloudflare?
Yeah, the browser side just shows the content "loading" for a bit before it just has the banner and controls at the top and all the small text at the bottom (legal info and other links), but only after pressing "next" on the first page. First page loads without issue, and I'm not getting any error messages; it just won't load user content. This is on Firefox both on my phone and my desktop.
Edit: Not sure if you guys found/fixed the issue, but it's gone now.
Strangely... I was tweaking with Cloudflare rules again but I didn't think I changed anything that should affect that... Please do let me know if it occurs again, but I'm glad it's fixed now x3
