In addition to his federal sentence, Hoover still faces a 200-year jail term in the state of Illinois for murder, and is unlikely to be released soon. A president is unable to commute state-level sentences.

You ever wonder or hear people question why spend the resources to get someone on all the charges if you already got them on something and they're in jail anyway?

This is why.

Glad those state charges will keep this murderer off the streets.

Fucker will be appointed to some cabinet level position in charge of "Civil Defence" or some shit.
