Proof of the indomitable human spirit.
Rules:
- Posts must inspire hope or highlight the beauty of existence

Forgive me for being a Debbie Downer, but telling me a behavior is bad without telling me a proper solution does nothing but make me feel bad and not give me hope.
By the way, “go outside” is not a proper solution.
The meme implies the solution is to talk to people - asking for help isn't bad and it's not a weakness
