It's not a secret.
It's kind of, mind of, fucking obvious. KH "surrendered" before the vote was "finished" "counting."
They hit three major cracks of the whole system, everyone fought everyone regardless of "side" because "That's not true, they did this instead, for the same effect! I can prove it!" While correct that no one was right, they didn't do anythjng because they knew they weren't right...because no one did the math and realize they were all correct.
That's military march. Left, left, left, right ole left, right, left!
