If your "choices" are stage three stomach and stage four lung cancer, you shouldn't choose a cancer. You should start chemotherapy.
All US elites and the political system are cancer. You need to fundamentally change the political system and both cancers are fighting it right now. The lung cancer and the stomach cancer aren't enemies of each other. They are metastasis of the same disease.
This is actually a good metaphor if you swap out "chemotherapy" with "essential oils and clean eating".
"essential oils and clean eating" = arguing online and calling politicians
"Chemotherapy" = actual revolution
