Orbital Railcannon Stratagem temporarily buffed to 30 second cooldown and it is a mission stratagem. You can now dual wield 30 second railcannons.

It's the ORBITAL railgun. I think that's unsafe by default

Don't worry, even if you miss "orbital" written here "calling in orbital strike" is the only sentence you'll be hearing for the next 3 days
