Damn that looks good. I went vegetarian about 4 years ago and, while I have no regrets, I do miss pulled pork...like, a lot. I'm totally gonna enjoy those sandwiches vicariously through you lol.
Thank you! They're doing great things with seitan now, assuming you're gluten friendly.
