This video pops up every once in a while...I'm pretty sure it was claimed to be fake, but as I remember there wasn't much detail other than the video itself.

That one's sadly true. I saw it firsthand in my neck of the woods. Also garbage bags. Same result either way.

The bag dissolved and spilled gasoline all over the pavement before they could even lift it into the trunk of their car.
