To be fair, they aren't chasing him for something he said. They're chasing him because.....uhhhh......brown skin. Which is actually worse.

According to reporting, he said "fuck trump" and "I'm not a citizen"; poking at them for a while before one of these bozos told him he dropped his phone, waited for him to try to pick it up, resulting in what we see here.
