Why is Lemmy.ml blocked? (self.infosecpub)

I'm new to the Lemmiverse so I'm just starting to learn the history among instances, but I don't understand blocking Lemmy.ml as it's the developer's instance, which also hosts several other significant communities. Just curious why that instance is blocked because I didn't find anything by searching. Thanks.

Excuses will be thrown around but in reality its little more than fediverse drama. The same mods that scream about ml censorship will ban you if you critique neoliberalism.

I'm a mod who whines constantly about ml censorship. Can you point to a single time when I have ever banned anybody for critiquing neoliberalism?

This weird strawman where .ml pretends that everyone else on Lemmy is just a mirror image of them but tryannically enforcing neoliberalism instead of Stalinism is so fucking bizarre. Nobody here likes either of those things, it is on par with "the libs will have your kids peeing in litter boxes" MAGA fantasy.
