Some actors (I think Threema and a few others) already announced that if this goes through, they will launch a referendum, which I think has a good chance of finding enough signatures to succeed. So then the whole population would vote on it, and the result there is a bit harder to guess. But that still means there is hope.
And then some thing will come will a list of all the voted against it and do vote-against-er-cide?
