I haven't been notified of any substitutions in my grocery order so I think I am going to get my turkey this time. Christmas is saved! Or at least my plans to have a roast turkey some time after Christmas and cut up most of it to go in the freezer for future lunches is saved. Apparently I'm the only one in my family that likes turkey so I only get it if I do it myself.
Coles deli turkey breast slices are pretty good. Saves a lot of hassle and you can choose the portion you need. We have turkey sangas once a week or so.
