Ok now I'm low key panicking a bit.. I'll be working Monday and Tuesday, and possibly Wednesday for a time. Got to wrap gifts this weekend and prepare foods as much as possible. The family had a vote and apparently unanimously voted for my Basque cheesecake as the Christmas dessert instead of pudding or other traditional stuffs ๐ค
Hun, listen, you are not a machine. You can only do so much. I understand you want to please everyone but you need to pull back sometimes so you don't burn out. Prioritise your tasks. Make it easier for YOU. Your family will not hate you if you don't give them a cheesecake for Christmas.
Ps. Get the mini peelers to make a chocolate ripple cake instead. Much easier and they get to decorate it.
