His cheekbones look unnaturally guant, something looks off about his nose, and he is missing his smallpox scars.

Is there another picture I can use to reference the scarring?
You can see them here decently. Stalin was very self conscious of them, and many photos were edited to remove them to keep up state appearances. Plus photography was limited as is.
Basically his face had some splotches, and was very pitted.
Thanks for a more honest one... doesn't take away from his beauty, in fact, it makes him more natural and human...
